Modular toilet cubicles redefine how modern restrooms are built. Engineered as high-performance, dry-construction systems, they replace traditional brickwork with factory-crafted panels and precision hardware—delivering superior aesthetics, faster installation, and consistent quality across commercial and public washrooms.
Unlike conventional construction, modular toilet cubicles are installed without wet civil work, curing time, or on-site fabrication. This dry-installation approach ensures cleaner sites, predictable timelines, and minimal disruption making them ideal for offices, malls, airports, hospitals, educational institutions, and other high-traffic facilities. The result is a refined restroom solution that performs reliably over time while offering architects and facility managers complete design control.
The modular nature of T-Line cubicles allows fast installation, easy maintenance, future flexibility, and consistent quality, making them a far superior alternative to traditional wet construction toilets.
High Pressure Laminate compact board is made up of layers of kraft papers saturated with phenolic resin (which determines the thickness and core of the board). A decorative paper on the top and bottom is saturated with a special melamine resin which determines the design and colour. A clear top overlay film improves the resistance of materials regarding abrasion, scratch and heat. These layers are compressed under high heat and high pressure ((≥1000 PSI) in which thermosetting resin curing makes strong irreversible bonds creating a single rigid laminated sheet with density (≥1350kg/m3) and weight (1.66 kg/sqft). The board is manufactured as per IS 2046 and EN 438 std.
